Has it really been 30 years? I remember being glued to the TV watching the reports and seeing pictures of everything covered in ash.
ReplyDeleteyes 30 years. I was a sophomore in college and they sent us home because of all the ash that landed in Ellensburg, Wa. There were race riots in Miami the same day and it stole some of the headlines from the mt blowing.
