It has been a very cold December so far and we are only 10 days into the month. However the weather seems to be turning for the better. This fountain outside the Federal Way Community Center was completely frozen over on Dec 8th and has thawed abit tonight. My daughter takes swim lessons here and I saw the fountain in a deep freeze on the 8th. I didn't have my camera then so I brought my camera tonight hoping to capture the rock in the same state. It was not the same tonight. Although you see the big ice to the right and some in the water below.
