These pictures were drummed up recently. They are said to be of Jason Jackson as a kid, thus the tie to the Feb 21st post. Jackson was a well known athlete in his day. Seeing these pictures of his early promo shots to get him a scholarship to Texas, LSU, or USC to play baseball and his stepping stone to the majors is what he was looking for.
